Attorney Profile

Natasha P. Johnson, Esquire, is the owner and solo practitioner of her law office.  Her experience in criminal defense and family law litigation spans over 80 jury and non-jury trials in Circuit and County Courts.  Attorney Johnson has many years of trial experience and is honest with her clients about the merits of their case.

"I never go to trial unprepared!"  When her clients become involved in the criminal justice system, it is important and imperative for them to know that she is fully prepared to go to trial and will aggressively advocate on their behalf.  "I understand the grave implications for my client's future, and I do not take that responsibility lightly."

Attorney Johnson will not encourage her clients to accept plea agreements unless a settlement is what her clients seek.  If a settlement is desired, then Attorney Johnson will negotiate the best possible plea agreement for her clients and continue to advocate for their best interests.  "My desire is to see justice prevail and to prevent the government from overstepping its boundaries and needlessly intruding into people's lives."  Natasha P. Johnson, Esquire, wants to see you have your day in court.

Additionally, Attorney Johnson is a strong advocate in family law cases.  Ms. Johnson understands the issues that her clients face when going through divorce proceedings and child custody issues.  "It is important to preserve family ties if at all possible and still make sure that you get what you want."

As a former prosecutor for the Department of Children and Families, Attorney Johnson has a unique view on the pitfalls of dependency law.  Ms. Johnson understands the needs of families in a crisis situation and will strongly advocate against the government preying upon those families in their most vulnerable state.  "There are many families that are in need of the support the government and a minimal amount of services to maintain their family unit; however, officials occasionally become too intrusive and violate parents' most basic constitutional rights to rear their children."  Attorney Johnson tries to ensure that the families are adequately represented and are not wrongfully subjected to the scrutiny of the judicial system.

Ethics, integrity, and a commitment to advocacy are indicative of Natasha P. Johnson's style of representation.  Natasha Johnson has an easy going approach to her work and is intensely dedicated to aggressive advocacy.  If you are in need of aggressive representation for traffic, misdemeanor, felony, or family law cases, please contact the Law Office of Natasha P. Johnson, P.A.
